У Меморіальному музеї-садибі гончарської родини Пошивайлів експонується унікальна пам’ятка – гончарний круг середини ХХ століття, який належав Гаврилу Пошивайлу. Стоїть він у «манісінькій» кімнаті з одним вікном, а навпроти нього – ліжко. Тут, власне, і була творча майстерня Маестро. Коли він проводив майстер-класи на Сорочинських ярмарках, святах народної творчості, днях ремесел, днях гончаря, етнографічних ярмарках у Києві та інших містах України, то завжди брав свого «вірного товариша» гончарний круг, оскільки любив працювати тільки «на своєму».
«Коли Гаврило Пошивайло сідав за круг, час немовби зупинявся. Ця мить заворожувала кожного, гончар творив красу, схилившись за гончарним кругом. Він не просто працював, він – народжував диво. Довгими вузлуватими пальцями Гаврило Ничипорович ледь торкався грудки глини, і вона вмить перетворювалася на чарівний виріб, а гончар брав нову грудку глини і розпочинав знову таїнство творення.
Для Гаврила Пошивайла гончарний круг не рипів, а співав, відлунював радістю народження безлічі горняток, глечиків, макітер, куманців, тарілей тощо» [1].
