Наближається Великдень. Це найвеличніше і найшанованіше свято всіх християн.
З давніх-давен до нього готувалися заздалегідь: прибирали домівку, обійстя, у чистий четвер випікали паски. Паска, випечена в глиняному пасківнику, – найсмачніша.
Пропоную доступний і простий рецепт:
• 0,5 л молока;
• 100 г дріжджів;
• 8 яєць;
• 2 ст. цукру;
• 50 г вершкового масла;
• 50 г маргарину;
• родзинки, цукати, ванільний цукор.
Молоко закип’ятити, дати схолонути, розвести в ньому дріжджі; яйця збити з цукром, змішати все разом, дати настоятися 3 години. Потім, добавляючи м’яке масло та маргарин, ванільний цукор, замісити з борошном (м’яко), наприкінці додати родзинки, цукати (розпарені окропом), вимісити. Дати тісту підійти. Сформувати паски. Тіста в пасківнику повинно бути трохи менше половини. Знову дати підійти. Випікати 40 хвилин за температури 180-200 0С. Смачного!
