24 липня, у день 19 річниці з дня відкриття Меморіального музею-садиби гончарської родини Пошивайлів, перед будинком було встановлено ковану вивіску «Меморіальний музей-садиба гончарської родини Пошивайлів».
Це робота Костянтина Юрченка (Диканька, Полтавщина) – випускника Полтавського педагогічного університету. Молодий майстер цікавиться освоєнням різних технік і стилів у ковальстві. Цього року він уперше взяв участь у Національному ковальському фестивалі «ВакулаФест–XXI», який проходив упродовж 25–30 червня в рамках Х Тижня Національного Гончарного Здвиження в Опішному «ЗДВИГ-2018». Його робота була представлена в категорії домашніх ковальських творів (панно) на тему: «Декоративна вивіска зі шрифтовою композицією з назвою об’єкта Музею-заповідника» та отримала спецнагороду.
«Мій прадід Перцюк Тимофій Андрійович – засновник краєзнавчого музею у Диканці. Він робив експедиції з учнями школи і в цьому плані вивчав гончарські вироби, серед яких є твори родини Пошивайлів. Я теж вивчав творчий шлях Пошивайлів і теж захотів зробить якийсь внесок – так народилася моя робота», – розповів Костянтин.
