Останні дні вересня порадували опішнян та гостей гончарної столиці України гарною погодою – справжнім, ніби літнім теплом, яскравим сонечком. Вони були насичені різними подіями. Тільки-но закінчився Національний конгрес українських керамологів «Українська керамологія в контексті викликів ХХІ століття» (22-24.09.2015), що проходив на базі Національного музею-заповідника українського гончарства в Опішному та Інституту керамології – відділення Інституту народознавства НАН України, як розпочалася церемонія нагородження переможців ІІ Міжнародного фотоконкурсу «Гончарні ВІЗІЇ країни» (25.09.2015). Журі відібрало 141 фотороботу 34 учасників з різних куточків України: Вінниці, Запоріжжя, Івано-Фраківська, Києва, Красноволі, Миколаєва, Олександрії, Опішного, Полонного, Полтави, Сум, Харкова, Херсона, а також Республік Білорусь та Узбекистан.
Найвищу нагороду фотоконкурсу – Гран-прі – отримала Марія Пошивайло (Київ) за твір «Засніжена ніжність».
